Before your visit time, please collect your ticket from At the Top Burj Khalifa ticketing counter, located at the Lower Ground level at Dubai Mall, in front of the food hall.
After exchanging your ticket, please follow the signs to the Dubai Fountain. Once you're outside the Dubai Fountain, look for the sign with 'Lake Ride' written on it, and enter the ticket kiosk in front of Wafi Gourmet restaurant.
