This Arabian desert experience will begin with with a pickup service from your accommodations in Ras Al Khaimah and a drive to Bassata Camp. The camp name means 'simplicity' in Arabic and reflects the authenticity and traditions of the people who live there.

Upon arrival at the camp, you will be able to participate in many desert activities. There will be an opportunity to surf down sand dunes, ride a camel or go dune bashing – riding over sand dunes in a 4x4 vehicle. If you are seeking a more relaxed experience, you can smoke shisha, get a henna tattoo or watch a display of belly dancing and the folk Tanoura dance, known as the 'whirling dervish'.

As you enjoy the activities, the camp chef will prepare a barbecued meal of traditional Arabic cuisine, served with soft drinks, tea and coffee. At the end of the experience, you will be driven back to your accommodations.
