The zoo is open daily from 09:00–16:30, with the last admission 30 minutes before closing.
Please enter the venue directly with your voucher.
The zoo is located on the grounds of Schönbrunn Palace. Please use the 'Hietzinger Tor' gate to reach the main entrance.
Bus lines 51A, 56A, 56B and 58A make stops near the zoo. You can also reach the zoo by train lines 10, 52 and 60.
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the zoo.
