After boarding your gaff-rigged topsail schooner – a majestic masted sailboat – you'll meet the crew who will help you settle in. As you set sail, you'll be able to help hoist the sails, or you can choose to sit back and relax as you watch the sun go down.
A glass of champagne and snacks will be provided – and if you're lucky, you may be able to spot dolphins or turtles breaching the waves as you cruise across the bay.
