Now to spice things up and for a small additional fee per person, on most days you can switch the fourth winery stop to enjoy tastings at either Four Pillars Gin Distillery (select CLASSIC WINE and GIN option - available 7-days a week) or Watts River Brewery (select CLASSIC WINE and BEER option - available Thursday to Monday only).
