With its sheltered, safe beach and close proximity to Melbourne, the conditions at Torquay are ideal for beginners. You'll learn to surf in waist deep water with fully qualified surf instructors who are also surf life savers. Soft beginner surf board and full length wetsuit are all included.

Drive down the main Highway from Geelong to Torquay. Continue past all the surf shops until you come to a Round About. Turn left at the round about into Bell Street. The Go Ride A Wave Shop is the last shop on the right past the camping ground.
