During this tour, you’ll get the opportunity to take a walk around the old centre of Bruges and immerse yourself in medieval history.
Starting in the Markt, you’ll first find out how Bruges became a trading hub in the Middle Ages. You’ll then be able to discover the Belfry and the halls behind it. You’ll continue to the centuries-old Saint John’s Hospital and the Ten Wijngaerde beguinage. As you stroll through the city, your guide will share captivating facts and stories about life in Bruges in the past.
Along the way, you’ll also have the chance to explore old breweries, see the Lake of Love, visit a historic church, walk in a picturesque garden and learn about the origins of Tanners Square. To round off the tour, you’ll pass by the Fish Market and stop in Burg Square.
