On this half-day tour, you’ll head to Mount Corcovado to see the Christ the Redeemer statue up close and explore highlights of Rio. The drive to the statue will take you through the vast Tijuca Forest and on arrival, you’ll have sweeping views over the city from the iconic monument, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
In the city, you’ll gain insight into typical architecture and the culture of Brazil as you visit several landmarks. You’ll make stops at the modern Metropolitan Cathedral with its unique, conical structure and stained glass, the Arcos da Lapa where you’ll find the artistic Selarón Steps, the Sambadrome and the Maracanã Stadium where you can take photos from the outside.
