On this full-day whale-watching trip from Québec City, you’ll travel to the Saguenay–St. Lawrence Marine Park, a protected area known for its diverse marine life. Transport to and from the park is provided by coach, allowing you to take in the surrounding landscapes along the way.
You’ll choose between a standard boat or a Zodiac vessel. Both options offer opportunities to observe up to 13 whale species that inhabit the region, with commentary provided by certified naturalist guides in English and French. The boat option features indoor panoramic lounges and outdoor observation decks, while the Zodiac option offers a closer-to-the-water perspective in smaller groups.
During the excursion, you’ll also see the cliffs of the Saguenay Fjord and learn about the park’s conservation efforts. After the experience, you’ll return to Québec City by coach.

Please note that the round-trip coach journey between Québec City and Baie-Sainte-Catherine, Charlevoix takes approximately three hours each way.
