Please be at the departure point 15 minutes before the departure time. This tour is not wheelchair accessible due to the interior layout of the boats. Service dogs are allowed on the boats. Most tours operate with a live guide, but some will have an audio guide instead. During spring and summer, the tours are in open boats, and in the autumn and winter, they are in heated and covered boats.
