From Las Palmas you will head north, beginning with a stop in Arucas. Here the neo‑Gothic Church of San Juan Bautista, carved from blue quarry stone, will be one of the main sights and you will see its intricate carved details before taking a pleasant stroll through the town’s historic streets.
The route continues to Firgas, long known as the Water Town, where you will walk along the pedestrian street decorated with colourful mosaics and ceramics that pay homage to Seville. The minibus then travels north, passing extensive banana plantations, the island’s principal export. You will reach the lush Agaete Valley, a tropical oasis where you can discover the locally grown Arabica Typica coffee, a variety unique in Europe. Along the way there may be the option to join a wine tasting. The tour finishes in Puerto de las Nieves, a charming seaside village offering striking views out to the sea and the surrounding cliffs.
