Join a Basque cooking class in the Basque Country led by a local Basque chef. You will meet your instructor, who will introduce the ingredients you’ll be working with and explain their importance in traditional northern Spanish cooking. Along the way, you’ll hear about local spices and the stories behind these flavours.
Then you’ll get hands-on: mix, stir, chop and combine ingredients as the chef guides you through each step of the preparation. While you cook, you may sip a glass of wine from the open bar. At the end, four different pintxos that you helped prepare will be plated and ready to taste. You’ll sample each one and enjoy them alongside your wine, plus a complimentary charcuterie and cheese board and a dessert prepared for you.
