Step onto the same Estafeta Street, close to the balcony where Hemingway once watched the encierro. From this balcony vantage point, experience every second of Pamplona’s legendary Running of the Bulls — hooves on cobblestone, the roar of the crowd, white and red rushing past meters below you.
Your morning starts at 6:50 AM with Esteban, your local host and lifelong San Fermín enthusiast. Over a traditional Navarra breakfast — coffe, artisan pastries, and regional produce — they’ll brief you on today’s bull breed, the runners’ tactics, and the unwritten rules only locals know.
At 8:00 AM, the rocket fires. The bulls charge down Estafeta — the longest stretch of the course — while Esteban an Martin commentates live. After the run, stay for a celebratory toast as you relive the highlights with your group.
This isn’t a seat in the stands. It’s the closest you’ll get to the encierro without running it yourself.
