This guided tour in the village of Ay will give you the opportunity to discover the UNESCO-listed wine region of Champagne. You’ll visit an old Pommery grape pressing centre for insights into champagne making.
You’ll learn about grape harvest and pressing along with the climate and geology suitable for the growth of vines. You’ll have the chance to taste two champagnes or grape juices as well.
