How do I access my ticket?
Download the Big Bus Tours app, tap Add Booking, and enter your reference number. Activate your ticket on your travel date. Once activated, your ticket is stored offline and can be shown without internet.
What is the child policy?
Child tickets apply to ages 4–12. Children 3 and under travel free with an adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Only foldable strollers are permitted on board.
