This intensive wine experience will take you into Châteauneuf-du-Pape and the Rhône Valley appellation. From your hotel or villa, a driver-guide will escort you to meet winemakers, visit their cellars and taste wines that show the character of the lower Rhône valley. Along the way you will meet producers and sample some of the region’s notable wines.
The experience includes visits and tastings at six vineyards in total. Meals are part of the programme: lunches at two different local restaurants known for excellent regional cuisine and creative chefs. Each lunch will be a three-course menu with a wine paired to every course. You will also have the option to buy and ship wines directly from the winemakers’ cellars, and the driver-guide will be with you throughout to facilitate the visits and tastings.
