We visit two islands, Thodorou Nature Reserve and Lazaretta with its small sandy beach.
On your first island visit to Thodorou you will have the opportunity to see the wild Kri-Kri,
a type of Cretan goat (found in no other country in the world) which are protected from threat of extinction. Also at Thodorou, through the boat's glass bottom, you'll see the wreckage of a German airplane (Junker 52) shot down during World War II.
We then sail on to Lazaretta island where you are free to swim or just relax on the beach. Note at Lazaretta island we use a small tender to transfer all bags, towels etc to the beach, along with any non-swimmers in your party. Stop duration for swimming: approx.: 2 hours
What to bring: Swimwear, towels, plenty of sun protecton for the beach (there is shade on the boat), snacks or a picnic.
