During this experience, you'll have the opportunity to prepare two staples of Italian cuisine – pizza and gelato.
Alongside a professional pizza chef, you'll learn how to make and prepare the dough, add sauce and toppings for a traditional Neapolitan pizza and slice the pie. While the pizza rests, adults be invited to participate in a wine tasting as the group learns about the history of Italian ice cream as well as how to make Italian gelato and cones. You'll also be able to watch as the chef prepares Sfincione Palermitano – a thick style of Sicilian pizza hailing from Palermo.
When the meal is ready, you'll be allowed to eat the pizza and gelato you created.
