With admission to the Doge’s Palace, you’ll explore beautiful gothic architecture and preserved rooms as you learn about the building’s storied history. Inside, you’ll find frescoed walls, triumphal arches, a golden staircase and rooms decorated by artists like Titian, Veronese, Tiepolo and Tintoretto. You’ll find out how the palace also served as a prison and see the infamous Bridge of Sighs that the convicts crossed.

Arrive at Doge's Palace, located at P.za San Marco, 1, 30124 Venezia VE, Italy.
You can reach the location by the water taxi (vaporetti) from the following stations:
- San Zaccaria station, six-minute walk to the location
- Vallaresso station, four-minute walk to the location
Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
Children aged 0–14 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
A reduced-price ticket is also available for the following participants:
- Students aged 15–25 years
- Seniors aged 65 years and above
- Children aged 6–14 years
A valid ID/student ID is necessary before entry to purchase a reduced-price ticket.
Please note that the operational hours are as follows:
- November–March: daily from 09:00–18:00
- April–October: daily from 09:00–19:00
- Last admission: one hour before closing

The museum's closing procedures start 30 minutes before the official closing time.
It's recommended to arrive after 11:00 to avoid long lines.
You can access the Museo Correr, National Archaeological Museum and National Library of St. Mark only within 24 hours from the Doge's Palace visit.
Please arrive at your scheduled timeslot. Entry is permitted up to 15 minutes after your timeslot.
You can access the fast-track line by going to the 'pre-paid ticket entrance'.
