This three-hour guided bike tour takes you through Palermo’s historic centre and along its waterfront, combining cycling with a taste of local street food. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the route offers a broad overview of the city’s architectural and cultural layers.
Starting near Piazza Bellini and Piazza Pretoria, you’ll pass landmarks shaped by Arab, Norman, Byzantine and Spanish influences. The ride continues along the Cassaro, with views of San Francesco church, Piazza Marina and the ancient Ficus tree, as well as the Spasimo church and palaces linked to the Spanish Inquisition.
The tour also includes a stretch along the seafront cycle path, overlooking the harbour and the port of Cala. The experience ends with a stop to sample regional street food, rounding off the tour with local flavours.
