This tour will take you into the heart of a renowned wine region, Itria Valley, also known as the Valley of Trulli for its abundance of the eye-catching traditional dwellings. You’ll visit a historic winery where you’ll tour the vineyards and production facilities, learning about all the phases in the vinification and bottling processes.
After you’ve finished exploring, you’ll sit down to a tasting of four wine varieties, each expertly paired with an appetiser typical to the region.
