This tour will take you to the three beautiful Borromean islands tucked away in Lake Maggiore. You'll visit the largest island of this archipelago, Isola Madre, situated in the middle of the gulf. This architecturally rich island is home to a grand Renaissance palace that features one of the oldest English-style gardens in Italy. You'll also visit the picturesque Isola dei Pescatori, characterised by traditional houses and narrow alleyways. Here, you can try the delicious fish dishes from the local taverns and restaurants. On the third island of Isola Bella, you can explore the baroque Borromeo Palace and the Italian-style gardens that surround it.
