During this experience you’ll be introduced to the culinary culture of Bolzano with a walking food tour through the city. Your guide will lead you to some of the best local eateries where they’ll provide insight into the history of the area. Some of the cuisine you’ll discover include bauernschinken ham, knödel dumplings, strudel and laugenbrot, a typical south Tyrolean bread. You’ll also be able to sample local beer and espresso.
