On this tour, you will travel from Taormina to visit the UNESCO-listed Mount Etna. At the base station, you can explore the foothills of the volcano on a three-hour self-guided hike. Alternatively, you can visit the volcano’s upper area on a guided trip. You will travel up by cable car, after which a jeep will take you to the upper crater at an altitude of about 3,000 metres. Along with your guide, you will stroll around the crater and be treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
