On this guided tour of the Colosseum, you’ll walk in the footsteps of gladiators through this iconic ancient Roman amphitheatre. You’ll also explore the former centre of the ancient Roman Empire. You’ll access the Colosseum through the Gladiator’s Gate, where you’ll hear remarkable stories about the shocking events that took place in front of thousands of spectators. You’ll see the arena’s underground chambers while following your guide through vast corridors. You’ll also be able to walk on the arena floor and take in panoramic views of the stands. After exploring the Colosseum, you’ll embark on a guided tour of Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum, which is home to several ancient Roman government buildings.
