In Valnerina you'll combine river adventure with a nature walk and a taste of history. The day begins with rafting on the crystal-clear waters of the Nera River. Guided by an expert instructor, you'll ride downstream through lush forests, hearing the sounds of nature and smelling the fresh scents that surround the river. The rafting section offers close immersion in the valley's unspoilt scenery.
After the river, you'll move on to an 8 km trek that leads to Umbriano, a mysterious ghost town frozen in time. Along the way and at the town you'll see ancient ruins and a hilltop castle that together create a distinctive, atmospheric setting. The experience concludes with a sunset aperitif while you take in a 360° valley view—a mix of adrenaline, discovery and calm that ties the day together.
