On this tasting experience near the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, you’ll explore Sicilian flavors through wine, olive oil and local produce. Your visit begins with a guided tasting of five selected wines. These will be paired with flavored extra virgin olive oils and a selection of cold Sicilian dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Each pairing is designed to highlight the aromas and characteristics of the wines.
You’ll then continue with a winery tour. You’ll see traditional concrete tanks alongside modern winemaking technologies, all used with respect for the land.
The experience ends with the tapping of the Nero di Cicco directly from a French oak barrel, giving you the chance to taste the wine in its freshest and most authentic form.
