Learn how to eat hitsumabushi (grilled eel on rice) like the locals or munch on a bowl of miso nikomi (udon-style noodles served in miso broth) at an underground mall. Slurp down ramen noodles, nibble snacks at an izakaya or drink sake in historic yokocho (alleyways).
