This three-hour, hands-on class on traditional Korean cooking will provide you with the opportunity to learn how to prepare a full-course meal, called a “han-jeongsik” in Korean. You will begin with a tour of Mangwon Market to shop for ingredients, followed by a brief introduction, a hands-on cooking demonstration, and then, lunch or dinner.
You will make three main dishes and a stew, with an expert chef guiding you through their preparation. The full-course meal will include the dishes you prepare plus ten different side dishes. After the session, you will get to enjoy the result of your efforts with rice wine.
