Unlike a typical cooking class, this experience takes place in a rural Chatino community where guests learn family recipes passed down through generations. Participants prepare Oaxacan red mole, handmade tortillas, and tamales using traditional techniques, then share the meal with local hosts while discovering the culture, traditions, and daily life of Oaxaca's coastal communities.
