This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility. If you are visiting from Rotterdam, it is recommended to travel with the Waterbus for a convenient round-trip. If you are arriving by car, you can park at the Marineweg in Alblasserdam (parking fees apply). With this ticket, there’s no need to stop by the reception—you can head straight to the various visitor locations or the tour boat, where your ticket will be checked.

November to February: 10.30–16:00. Christmas Day: Closed.
