During this experience you will hear about the history behind some of the world’s most iconic cocktails and learn the fundamentals of mixology. You’ll begin with a welcome cocktail at the Pavilion. A BACARDÍ guide will then lead you through crafting a selection of cocktails, explaining techniques and ingredients as you go.
Along the way you’ll practise basic mixing methods and apply what you learn under the guidance of the BACARDÍ team. At the end of the session you will have access to purchase Casa BACARDÍ Special Reserve, the exclusive premium rum available only here. The experience combines cocktail history with hands-on practice, so you walk away with new skills and a deeper understanding of the drinks you’ve made.
