Alongside a professional pizza chef, you'll learn how to make and prepare the dough, add sauce and toppings for a traditional Neapolitan pizza and slice the pie. While the pizza rests, adults be invited to participate in a wine tasting as the group learns about the history of Italian ice cream as well as how to make Italian gelato and cones. You'll also be able to watch as the chef prepares Sfincione Palermitano – a thick style of Sicilian pizza hailing from Palermo. When the meal is ready, you'll be allowed to eat the pizza and gelato you created.

This three-hour guided bike tour takes you through Palermo’s historic centre and along its waterfront, combining cycling with a taste of local street food. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the route offers a broad overview of the city’s architectural and cultural layers. Starting near Piazza Bellini and Piazza Pretoria, you’ll pass landmarks shaped by Arab, Norman, Byzantine and Spanish influences. The ride continues along the Cassaro, with views of San Francesco church, Piazza Marina and the ancient Ficus tree, as well as the Spasimo church and palaces linked to the Spanish Inquisition.
