The opening hours of the palace are as follows:
- Tuesday–Sunday: 09:00–16:00
- Monday: closed
Audio commentary is available in Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian and Urdu.
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other visitors are prohibited inside the venue.
Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue.
