This original cable car wine-tasting tour takes you through beautiful Napa Valley aboard a hand-built replica of a San Francisco cable car. The car’s all-wooden carriage and solid brass bell follow the original blueprints, giving an authentic feel as you travel. Along the way you’ll enjoy unobstructed views of vineyard-dotted hills while a friendly, knowledgeable guide shares Napa’s history and explains the wines.
The tour will visit three or four wineries or tasting lounges and includes lunch at a local restaurant. Winery stops and the lunch venue may change periodically. Pickup is at Oxbow Market, 610 1st St, Napa, CA 94559 — meet on the street in front. You must be 21 years or older to take this tour.
