We normally pick up from hotels in the City of Miami Beach (not Surfside, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles) along Collins Avenue (by default from 45 street all way to 1 street), Miami Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami and Port of Miami with a supplement to pay to the driver. Sometimes, when possible and as a courtesy, from different hotels and other areas. A supplement charge may be asked, depending on the location.
