On board the largest cruising vessel in South Lake Tahoe, you will dine while taking in striking views of Emerald Bay and the surrounding lake. The cruise combines a relaxed lakeside atmosphere with the option to enjoy the scenery from outside decks or to stay inside in climate-controlled seating where live music plays.
Dinner includes a choice of main courses. Options are a cowboy ribeye with peppercorn demi, creamy mashed potatoes and steamed broccolini; airline-roasted chicken with chimichurri, creamy mashed potatoes and steamed broccolini; broiled seasoned salmon with a citronette sauce, cheesy polenta and steamed broccolini; or a mushroom ragu served with rice pilaf and steamed broccolini. A full bar is available for purchase throughout the cruise.
Along the way, you’ll have time to relax, listen to the music and watch the changing light over Lake Tahoe as the vessel moves past notable shorelines, including Emerald Bay. The experience is focused on dining and the scenery, offering a calm way to enjoy the lake and its sunset colours.
