Our first stop is the legendary Santuario de Chimayó, a revered pilgrimage site known for its miraculous healing earth and beautiful adobe architecture. Take time to explore the sanctuary, its charming chapels, and artisan shops nearby.
Continuing along the winding High Road, we make our way to the heart of Taos, a vibrant town steeped in art, culture, and Native traditions.
We'll pause for a delicious included lunch at a local favorite, savoring authentic flavors amid Taos' colorful atmosphere.
After lunch, the adventure continues to the historic Taos Pueblo (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), where centuries-old adobe structures still house the descendants of the original Native community. Then we'll head to the dramatic Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, one of the highest spans in the U.S., where you can take in sweeping views of the river canyon far below.
As the day winds down, relax and enjoy the scenic drive back to Santa Fe aboard our luxury Mercedes-Benz van, reflecting on a day filled with sacred sites, art, nature, and discovery.
