Complimentary shuttle buses are available from Dubai to Qasr Al Watan.
The shuttle bus route is as follows:
- Departs from the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai at 09:00
- Arrives at the Louvre Abu Dhabi at 10:35
- Departs from the Louvre Abu Dhabi at 13:00 (closed on Mondays)
- Arrives at Qasr Al Watan at 13:35
- Departs from Qasr Al Watan at 18:00
- Arrives at the Louvre Abu Dhabi at 18:35 (closed on Mondays)
- Arrives at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel, Dubai at 20:10
The shuttle bus operates on the first come, first served basis
Children aged 0–3 years can enter for free.
Children aged 4–17 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Re-entry is not permitted after you leave the venue.
Valet parking is available at the visitor centre car park for AED 80.
The venue is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
Wheelchairs and strollers are available at the visitor centre. Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge, and strollers can be rented for AED 40.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.
Please note that pets are not allowed inside the venue except for service animals with valid identification.
