The opening hours of Clérigos Tower are as follows:
- Monday–Sunday: 09:00–19:00
- Easter, summer and the Christmas season: 09:00–23:00
- 24 December: 09:00–14:00
- 31 December: 09:00–14:00
- 25 December: 11:00–19:00
- 1 January: 11:00–19:00
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time.
Please note that mass is held every Saturday at 17:00 in English and every Sunday at 09:30.
The closest bus stop is Cordoaria Station, served by line 900, a two-minute walk from the tower.
The closest metro stop is Sao Bento Station, served by line D, an eight-minute walk from the tower.

Pets are not permitted inside, only service animals with valid identification.
The tower is not fully wheelchair-accessible, however, there is wheelchair access from floors 1–4 of the Clérigos Museum and toilets for disabled visitors on the first floor.
Please note that visits to the top of the tower are restricted for accessibility and safety reasons, but a virtual experience is available with a live 360° view.
