Present your mobile voucher at the box office in the museum and redeem your timed ticket.
Please note that the opening hours of the museum are as follows:
- Tuesday: 10:00–21:00
- Wednesday–Saturday: 10:00–17:00
- Monday: closed
The closest bus stops are King Drive, served by line 3, Museum of Science and Industry, served by line 10 and Chicago Avenue, served by line 66.
You can reach the museum by train on the CTA Red Line.
If you are driving, there is a parking garage behind the museum, with the entrance on East Chicago Avenue.
To avoid the steps, enter on the plaza level through the MCA Store.
Free wheelchairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Admission to the museum is free for members of the military, police and fire department, veterans and students of Columbia College, Northwestern, SAIC and U. of Chicago.
